Litematica is a versatile Minecraft mod that facilitates schematic creation, editing, and placement. While it doesn’t introduce new in-game commands, it offers a range of keyboard shortcuts and tool modes to streamline your building process. Here’s a concise guide to help you navigate its functionalities:

Accessing Menus:

Main Menu: Press M to open Litematica’s main menu.
Configuration Menu: Press M + C to access the configuration settings.

Tool Modes:

Litematica utilizes a “tool item” (default: stick) to interact with schematics. Ensure the tool functionality is enabled by pressing M + T.

Switch Tool Mode: Hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel to cycle through tool modes.

Common Tool Modes:

Area Selection: For selecting regions to create schematics.
Schematic Placement: For placing and manipulating loaded schematics in the world.
Paste Schematic in World: For pasting schematics directly into the world (requires Creative mode).

Key Functions:

Load Schematics: Press M → Load Schematics to load a schematic file.
Save Schematic: After selecting an area, press M → Save Schematic to save the selected region.
Schematic Placements: Press M + P to manage schematic placements.
Material List: Press M + L to view the materials required for the loaded schematic.
Toggle Rendering:
- All Rendering: Press M + R to toggle all Litematica rendering on or off.
- Schematic Rendering: Press M + G to toggle schematic (ghost block) rendering.

Editing Schematics:

Edit Schematic Mode: Switch to this mode to modify schematics.
- Replace Block: Set a hotkey for schematicEditReplaceBlock. Hold the hotkey and right-click on the target block while holding the desired block to replace it.
- Remove Block: Punch the block in the schematic to remove it.

Pasting Schematics:

Paste Schematic:
1. Switch to Creative mode.
2. Select the Paste Schematic in World tool mode.
3. Ensure the correct placement is selected (indicated by a light cyan outline).
4. Press the executeOperation hotkey (assignable in the hotkeys menu) to paste the schematic.

Additional Tips:

Rotate/Mirror Schematic: In the placement configuration menu (Numpad Minus by default), adjust rotation and mirroring settings.
Adjust Placement Position: Use the “tool item” in Schematic Placement mode and Alt + mouse scroll to nudge the placement in the direction you’re facing.
